Yeah I agree that an easier screenshot function should be provided in the Rule Engine interface to make the rule visual sharing easier. I just created a Feature Request for this, and feel free to cast your vote. 
I use ShareX on my PC, and take “Scrolling capture” when I need to take rule screenshot, if this would help you in the short term.
