I just posted yesterday on how to do this same thing using Media tiles but with the new label tile you can just paste your favorite Unicode character directly into the tile dialog as shown in the image below (light bulb with purple background).

Nice!
Most phones make it pretty intuitive how to access emoji, but it’s less straightforward on a computer. As you mentioned in your other post, there are lots of websites let you search through emoji and copy paste them, but you can also access them with keyboard shortcuts on Windows and Mac.

Also in Chrome browser, if you right click in text field there is an emoji pop up you can search & insert. I’ve been using this in webCoRE to add emojis in my SHM replacement/alarm SMS messages. Maybe it’s a plug-in?
