I’ve switched over to HASS and cannot remove the Hubitat connection? I hit the big RED Disconnect button and get Failed to disconnect xxxx HE location.
As part of the disconnect process, SharpTools sends a command to the hub to remove all the existing event subscriptions so the hub won’t continue to try to send events to SharpTools. If you still have the hub accessible, you can reauthorize the hub which will enable you to disconnect it.
If the hub is no longer available, you can send a note to support with the Hub / Location ID and we can permanently delete it for you.
