Trigger routines 1 hour before scheduled arrival

I use a PMS to manage my short term rentals. I’m able to set up a webhooks and/or APIs. I believe what I want to do is possible with sharp tools.

What I would like to do is have thermostat , lights and fans triggered 2 hours before my guests check-in. Is it possible to use ST to program the different check-in times for routines to fire 2 hours prior?

Can your PMS send out an http request 2 hours prior to the booking?

I don’t believe so, but I believe it can send the time and date of check-in. Is there a way to see what gets received to the server?

When does it send that http request? I don’t think there’s an easy way to do it unless you can configure it on the PMS side.

You could save the trigger data to a variable. I think it’s in the rule log too but can’t double check right now.
