I’ve noticed that some Time triggered rules seem to be firing three times, is this normal?
No, that’s not expected. If you want to send a note to support@sharptools.io with the Rule IDs, I would be happy to take a closer look.
Normally, you can temporarily disable a rule and then re-enable it to ‘reschedule’ the rule, but depending on what’s going on here that might not help.
I’ve narrowed it down to only effecting recently made rules, so I’ve gone with disable and re-enable for now
It looks like there was a bug that was causing this. The old timers were not getting properly deleted when rules with timers were edited. We’ve corrected the underlying issue and have run a script that corrected the timers on any impacted rules.
