Just in the last couple days, I’ve had an issue with editing one of my dashboards. Once I’ve added my new tile(s), I arrange them, and then hit save. Before saving, the tiles get shuffled / rearranged. The settings:
After saving it looks like this, and seems to never want a tile in the top-right-most area (to the right of “Security System” and above “Alarm vButton”). Before saving my edits, all the GREEN tiles are in the first column, all below the clock tile in the top-left.
What type of device is this on? If you slightly adjust your browser width to make it a bit wider or narrower, do the tiles slide back into the expected position from before pressing Save?
If you’ve had this browser open for a while, another thing you might try is to either refresh the browser page or completely close and reopen the browser.
I do all my dashboard and rule development on a MSFT Surface Laptop 2 w/Microsoft Edge.
This only started happening a few days ago, when I first started working with Custom Tiles.
Interesting… Trying Chrome now, and it’s back to working correctly. yeah, maybe a reboot of the Edge browser… The Custom Tiles just must have been coincidence.
