Doesn’t theweather.com work anymore? I don’t see any codes there: “6. Copy and paste the following code onto your website or blog”
I’m seeing a similar result that the output in box 6 doesn’t seem to be generated on their widget page.
I would recommend trying one of the other weather widget options like the Custom Weather Widget we put together… though I vaguely recall that you had some trouble with that on a particular Android tablet. There’s also other options linked in the help article below that…

And I have another question. Can I specify the latitude and longitude with decimal precision (not just whole numbers)? For example, right now, it’s set to 53,9 under Location, but I want to specify my exact location. My coordinates are 53.08 and 8.80, as otherwise, it shows in the TODAY WIDE a neighboring place

Yes.
I had to change Styles to transparent as well.
I use one of their images and it still works (seems to update metrics) but the background changed several days back.
