I have a Kasa Smart Plug Power Strip KP303 which is being switched on/off by the Hero Attribute. I would like to use an icon instead of text, but can’t figure out how to get rid of the text.

The Hero Attribute tile doesn’t currently have an option to hide the Primary Attribute value’s text.
I might be missing some nuance around the device, but why use the Hero Attribute layout in this case rather than the Switch Tile layout? It seems like the Switch Tile layout would match what you’re looking for in your second screenshot.
This could be a good use-case for Super Tiles – especially if you wanted to combine the three individually addressable outlets into one tile.
When I use the Switch Tile layout, nothing happens when it gets turned on/off (just always stays on).

That is weird. But the Hero Attribute changes using the switch attribute? Have you tested with the Switch Tile layout after you tried the Hero Attribute? I’m wondering if something with the event subscriptions might have just been off for a moment… we have a bunch of health checks that run when you refresh (or first open) the page and that might have synced things up at some point.
