Hi John-
Can you try closing any tabs you had open with SharpTools and then try opening it again?
We are in the process of rolling out our realtime socket connection which has been in beta for the past several months. It looks like there was still a filter in place that was causing the issue for some accounts and I’ve just adjusted that filter.
Edit: Just got an update from John via PM that the issue is resolved.
