SMS Rule not triggering

I have a simple Rule that has worked well for months. In the last few weeks, it has stopped working.

The rule sends a SMS notification to me when my garage door is opening.

Everything appears to be in order when I look at the rule, but it has stopped sending me notification, as intended.

Any ideas?

Open the garage door and then open the log. Posting both the log and the rule would be helpful.

What hub are you using?
