Smartthings 'placeholder' devices not showing?

I have just started working with SharpTools and noticed my garage doors are NOT listed anywhere. They are integrated with SmartThings via Aladdin Connect. In looking at their device info they are marked as ‘placeholder’ items and have NOTHING useful there.

I did notice another post about a SharpTools SmartApp to get over something like this but that seems to no longer work as it errors out when copying the code into SmartThings.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Does the Aladdin device show up in any of the ‘extra’ authorization lists when you attempt to manually authorize it?

How To Authorize Unrecognized Things

If the Thing implements at least one of the core supported capabilities, it should be available as part of the normal authorization flow. (Eg.
