SmartThings Account Synchronization

Hello,

For the last 1-2 weeks I have noticed that routines were not consistently running and devices were out of synch. I have had to re-authorize my Smartthings account, sometimes multiples times per day, to get my devices to show the proper status. The devices are showing the correct status in Smartthings when this happens.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening and how to fix it?

No, that’s not expected and I haven’t heard any other reports of that.

It almost sounds more like those events aren’t making it across from SmartThings if you are seeing both your dashboard statuses incorrect and SharpTools Rules aren’t getting triggered as expected. Are you seeing this limited to certain device types / drivers?

The most frequent is a Zooz tilt sensor using the Zooz driver. There are a few others but not consistent. I’ll look into the Zooz driver
