I just changed phones and I forgotten how I had sharp tools as a shortcut on my home screen which brought up a specific dashboard. I use several times a day. Each time I try it now it simply goes to the login screen even though I’m trying to feed it. The dashboard that I wanted to load. Can somebody give me a hint on how to properly create a phone shortcut to a specific dashboard
After visiting the dashboard you are interested in pinning to your homescreen, try refreshing the page in your browser before you perform the Add to Homescreen action and see if that helps.
