Sharptools Force Update from Smartthings

I’m currently connected to Smartthings via Sharptools to allow me to view the Arlo cameras and their motion detection status. The battery died and I’ve just recharged it. The battery indicator on the Sharptools tile doesn’t seem to be updated. Any idea how long it will usually take Smartthings to update Sharptools? Also, is there a way to force this refresh? Thanks.

Whenever the first battery change event comes through. If the device was on a dashboard, I would have expected the battery to update when it was recharged. You can proceed through the authorization from your SharpTools User Page → Manage Connections again to force a fresh sync.
