SharpTools Bridge private alpha is starting

We’re starting a private alpha for SharpTools Bridge!

SharpTools Bridge runs locally in your home and connects supported local devices and services into SharpTools. The goal is to make more local-first integrations available in your existing SharpTools dashboards and rules while still using the SharpTools cloud experience you already know.

:light_bulb: You must have a device that can run the Bridge software locally such as a NAS, home server, always on Mac/PC, or other machine that stays awake

Early focus areas include:

  • LAN integrations like Philips Hue, Shelly, Kasa/Tapo, Lutron, and Fully Kiosk Browser
  • Matter devices through multi-admin setup
  • Utility devices like calendar event matchers and local HTTP requests
  • Experimental Groovy Labs support for community apps and drivers

Why Private? Can I join?

This first phase is a private alpha so we can ensure a tight feedback loop. Our goal is to validate the overall experience with a small engaged group before expanding more broadly.

If you’re comfortable testing early software and have local devices or integrations you’d like to try with SharpTools, send a PM requesting access.

If you are already part of our Alpha / Beta groups, you can access the private discussion here:
