Is it only your SONOFF sensors from SmartThings that aren’t reflecting the state correctly in SharpTools? Or are all of your devices in SmartThings not reporting the state correctly in SharpTools?

Have you double checked that you are reviewing the same device ID in SharpTools as in SmartThings?

SharpTools: View Device Details

  1. Open your SharpTools User Page
  2. Tap the ... next to the location in question
  3. Scroll down and tap on the device in question
  4. Flip the ‘Advanced’ toggle in the top-right corner on to view the device ID

SmartThings: View Device Details

  1. Open SmartThings Advanced
  2. Select Devices from the left menu (bulb)
  3. Find the device in the list and verify
    • Make sure the data is the same as expected in case you have multiply copies of the same device
    • There may be multiple ‘pages’ of devices to review

I’ve seen cases in the past with third-party SmartThings integrations where devices went offline and ended up getting reconnected / recreated as new devices in SmartThings. At first glance, they looked like the same device in SmartThings since they had the same names, but when we looked at the device IDs, we realized that new devices had been created in SmartThings.

If every device from SmartThings is not reporting updated status in SharpTools, the first thing I would try is to reauthorize the SmartThings connection starting from your SharpTools User Page.
