Sensi Thermostat

Hi, I added the sensi thermostat which has a native integration with the smartthings app to my sharptools dashboard. In smartthings I can control the temp up and down but with the dashboard it only shows the temp.

Is there a way to force it to provide the thermostat controls?

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing in your dashboard?

Here it is below: You will see the upstair thermostat works well its an ecobee 4 but the living room thermostat just shows the temp:

Thanks for sharing. It seems like the device is not reporting a Thermostat related capability. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the capabilities that the device is reporting?

Open your SharpTools.io User Page
Tap the ... next to your desired location
Scroll down and select your Sensi Thermostat
Take a screenshot of the page making sure to include the Capabilities section

Thanks for sharing. Can you please try changing the Tile Layout to see if the Thermostat option is available for you:

While editing your dashboard, tap the ... in the top-right corner of the Sensi device’s tile
Tap Change Layout
Select Thermostat Tile or Double Height Thermostat Tile
