Hello, I am on a 14-day premium trial and I’m trying to use the “Run Rule” action, but I cannot find it. When I go to a Rule’s Flow and press ‘+’ → ‘Action’, the ‘Rule’ category and the ‘Run Rule’ action are not visible in the list. I have already tried: - A very simple test with two separate rules (one rule to call the other). - Saving the rule first and then re-editing it. - Refreshing the browser. The action seems to be completely missing from my account. Could you please help me look into this? Thank you.
There isn’t a Run Rule action at the time of this post.
Did you see something that made you think there was? If it’s an official help article or staff post that made it seem like that was an option, I would be interested to know which one.
What are you trying to accomplish with having one rule execute another? There are likely other way to accomplish what you are looking for. eg. Variables or HTTP Triggers / Actions.
