I have read others have had issues with creating a hyperlink for the ring app. I must be doing something wrong. The hyperlink for Wyze works perfectly. I have enable open other URL schemes. The app works fine on the Amazon Home Screen but not in Fully on the dashboard. Thanks!
The component from your second screenshot is com.ringapp.fire/com.ring.launch.LaunchActivity but it looks like the hyperlink is missing the trailing .fire from the part before the slash.
Thanks Josh, you were right about the missing part but unfortunately the hyperlink still does not work after adding it in. Anything else that I may have done wrong? Thank you
