[Resolved] Several tiles are incorrect

I’d love to purchase this, but several tiles are simply wrong, notably the state of some door locks and door contact sensors. Most of the others show the correct state.

Welcome to the community and sorry to hear that things aren’t working as expected.

If those devices are added to dashboards and are showing the wrong state, I would try:

  1. Refresh the page while displaying one of the impacted dashboards
    • Behind the scenes, this kicks off a series of healthchecks that try to clean up common issues with event subscriptions and so forth .
  2. Wait a minute or so for the above mentioned background healthchecks to try to do their thing
  3. Try manually actuating the devices to watch if their state changes on the dashboard
    • Physically lock/unlock the door or open/close the impacted door

If the statuses are updating as expected with the physical interaction with the doors, you could proceed through the authorization flow again from your SharpTools User Page > Manage Connections to perform a fresh device sync to get all the rest of the devices in sync rather than having to physically interact with each one.

Well, after a half-dozen restarts, it is finally refreshing correctly.
