[RESOLVED] Problem with Syncing from Homey and Home Assistant

I would like to sync a new “Thing” from Homey and Home Assistant to Sharptools. It has the status “Synchonizing” all the time. It’s the first time I have this problem, I synchonised so many things from both systems. I restarted Homey and Sharptools without success.

Update: Now its working also for me.

Same here. I woke up to SharpTools unable to communicate with Home Assistant. I’ve tried to reauthorize communication several times in HA but it stays on “processing” and never completes. Restarting also did nothing.

Update 30 minutes later: it’s working now for me

Thanks for the update. We pushed out a hotfix which should resolve this. We’ve been working to fine-tune the socket connectivity for these hubs and it looks like the last tweak made things worse instead of improving things! :flushed:
