I’ve lost connection between my hubitat and sharptools. It’s been online for a couple years but today it’s showing no authorized connections. When I try to connect to my hubitat hub, it recognizes that I have two, and I select the main, but it times out and says it can’t connect. I’ve tried several times.
However, I can connect locally to it, and via the hubitat app on my mobile, and the hub is still running the house so I know it’s up.
I’ve disabled my VPN on the off chance that might be the issue, but it wasn’t.
I’m running C7 Pro Hubs
Can you confirm your hubitat connection service is running and if so any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
Well, chock one up for simply rebooting the hub. Not sure what happened since this combo has been rock solid for the last couple years since I set it up. I didn’t do any FW updates so not clear what the actual cause was, but rebooting did solve it.
