[Resolved] Home Assistant Integration Stuck On Processing

Overnight, I seem to have developed a problem with the Home Assistant connection.

I’ve tried restarting Home Assistant and restarting the SharpTools add-on, but no luck so far, it’s just stuck on “Processing.” I’m using Home Assistant version 2025.5.3. I’ve read a few posts regarding similar issues, but I couldn’t find a fix for it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Let me know if the issue comes back and I would be happy to take a closer look.

In other cases, we’ve rarely seen that Home Assistant users will have their SharpTools authorization flag get stuck on “In Progress” and we manually reset it for them. I checked your account and that wasn’t the case.

There’s also some ‘locking’ that happens during the authorization and device synchronization flow to prevent duplication and if one of those locks gets stuck for some reason, they automatically reset after 5 minutes.
