[Resolved] HE device problem

Just in the past few hours, I’ve been unable to get new devices added to Sharp Tools from Hubitat. Specifically a virtual temperature sensor. I added it into the HE SharpTools app, clicked through the next and done buttons, but the devices are not showing up in the SharpTools.io app. And it appears that a few devices have disappeared as well.

Thanks for the message and sorry to hear that things aren’t working as expected. Can you please try reauthorizing starting from your SharpTools.io User Page?

If that doesn’t work, try rebooting your hub - then wait several minutes for it to boot back up and things to calm down on the hub before trying to reauthorize starting from your SharpTools.io User Page.

Edit: I received an update from Dan that the issue was resolved by reauthorizing starting from the SharpTools.io User Page.
