[Resolved] Delayed Timers and Fade Actions (Mar 5-6, 2020)

Between March 5th and March 6th (2020), a subset of rules may have experienced delays for Timer triggers or Fade/Delay actions.

We have implemented immediate improvements to the scheduling system to prevent delays of this nature from happening while we work on a more complete set of enhancements to improve the resilience and reliability of the scheduling system.

The system has automatically rescheduled the subset of timers that were impacted, but if you see any further issues with Timer triggers or Fade/Delay actions, please reach out to support@sharptools.io
