[RESOLVED] Dashboard "Socket Connecting" Message

Morning,

Anyone else not able to connect to their Dashboards?

We’re getting a Spinning Circle at the top and the message “Socket Connecting” at the bottom.

Tried on Android/LTE & WiFi, and Windows 10 as well as multiple ISP’s, all result in same behavior.

Yes, same issue here.

Good to know, thanks!

It was working without any issues within the prior hour.

Can’t access Account Settings either, so I suspect SharpTools is on it !

I’m having an issue with SharpTools today. After loging in I just get the “SOCKET CONNECTING… at the bottom of the screen. This is both Windows PC and Android (S25). I’ve tried both WIFI and cellular, not luck either. This first started when I tried authorizing a new device from the account page that was already open. Now I can’t get in on anything.

It started with this:

I’ve emailed Josh/Support but I’m guessing they are already aware.

Thanks for posting and my apologies for the connectivity issues. Our datacenter provider was experiencing an issue with one of their storage pools which was impacting API access.

I manually redeployed some of the impacted parts of our infrastructure to workaround the upstream datacenter provider issue and it looks like things have recovered.

Edit: I also have it on my list to follow up with the datacenter provider to see what options we have for spreading load across storage pools to avoid this kind of issue in the future. We already spread workloads across server zones for availability, but the storage pooling was the weak link here.
