Hi all
I have an old SmartThings location that no longer exists in my SmartThings account.
However, I don’t seem to be able to delete it from Sharptools. It remains in the system despite repited attempts to delete it, and makes it cumbersome to select the correct devices as many of them share the same name.
How can I relaiably remove that location and it’s devices from sharptools?
If you still have access to the location, you can reauthorize it to SharpTools which will enable you to disconnect it.
If you no longer have access to the location or are otherwise ok with it being permanently deleted, you can reach out to support with the Doc ID of the location and we can delete it for you.
