I am a premium subscriber and I’ve noticed my account seems to be running on the Classic Dashboard Engine, which is preventing me from accessing some modern features.
I am trying to use Conditional Tile Style Rules to dynamically change the color of a tile based on a device state.
When I check my profile menu, I am missing the “Settings” option, and when I edit a tile, the option to “+ Add Tile Style Rule” is missing (I only see “Custom Style”). I am also missing the “Modern” and “Advanced” tile versions (e.g., for Clock/Weather).
I believe this means my account is still tied to the classic UI.
Could you please review my account and manually enable the Modern Dashboard Engine so I can access these features?
Thank you for your response. Both ChatGPT and Gemini instructed me to contact support because I’m supposedly using an old UI. I had a feeling both were hallucinating but decided to reach out to confirm. I’ll read up on Super and Custom tiles to see if I can make one work. If not, it’s not really a big deal.
