This should get you started. It’s the “stays open” part. For the “changes to closed” part, you can do a separate rule which is easiest if you’re just getting started. If you want both in one rule then you’ll have to add the “closed” to the trigger and then put the “closed” actions below the “open for 45 seconds” actions. But easier to just do two rules if this is your first.
