After upgrading to the new C-8 Hubitat Hub the old C-7 hub is still showing up in my Sharptools account so I am seeing duplicat devices. The C-7 is not powered up. How can I delete the old hub in Sharptools? When I try to DISCONNECT I get a message that the disconnet has failed.

The summary of it is to make sure you’ve used the SharpTools Hubitat Migration tool otherwise your dashboards and rules will still be pointing to your old hub. Then for removal of the hub, you can either bring it back online and make sure SharpTools has a valid authorization for it which would enable you to remove it. Or you can reach out to support and we can manually remove it for you.
