Regular Ring Snapshots?

Hi,

Is there any http API, scripts, or tool to pull Ring cameras snapshot every 15 minutes and have SharpTools dashboard to update this image every 15 minutes?

If you search google for ‘ring snapshot script’ you’ll find some scripts that can grab image snapshots. You would have some work cut out for you in setting it up to periodically take a snapshot and storing that somewhere your dashboard could view.

Otherwise you could try some of the tricks in this thread to open the ring app when motion is detected

Ring Doorbell on dashboard

Looking for a way to add the Ring Doorbell to the dashboard to make it similar to the iOS classic SmartThings app where it shows the status and if you touch the play button you get the live view.
