Hi team, I’m on the beta, lately I’m seeing some really delayed or non-existent refreshes on some of my tiles. Almost like I have to force a refresh in HA (by selecting a device to expose to ST). Are there known issues or workarounds to get this to be a more active connection?>

As a first step, you could try restarting the add-on/container as it initializes the event listeners at startup. If that doesn’t help, I would be curious to see what other details or patterns you’ve noticed.

I am using custom tiles on a majority of my dash. Certainly seeing covers (garage door/open and close status) Ring device status to not be staying in sync. And any items where a JSON is involved to capture more details to pass to the tile seem to get stale really quickly.
Some devices are working consistently, which makes this odd!

Do you have specific device IDs (entities) that you’re experiencing this with that we could take a closer look at? It might also be helpful to get a Diagnostic export (all boxes checked) from the SharpTools Home Assistant add-on, so we have that as a reference. Feel free to send both to support@sharptools.io
I’m thinking we start by focusing on the raw device status updates first, then we can circle back on these if needed.

I responded in the support ticket with more details, but it seems like some of the entities are generating multiple events per second and that can hit one of the safety guardrails and the garage door’s status updates just so happen to be getting the impact of that when they emit events around the same time.
