I have made a dashboard for our phones to get fast overview over temperatures.
Some of the devices (things) are not updating/refreshing the temperatures.
Like this one has very old temperature reading:
How do I get the values to update?
If the device was just recently added to a dashboard, there may not have been a temperature event reported yet.
You can go through the authorization flow to force a device sync to get fresh values for all the devices (User Page → Manage Connections). Or you could manually warm up the device to force a temperature change to make sure the event updates are coming through.
