New Hubitat cant remove old hub

so, I just got a new hubitat device, and I migrated everything over with the new tool

I added my new hub, but I can’t seem to be able to remove the OLD one. it fails on Disconnect.

and sine they are both showing, i dont think any of my tiles are working.

is there something I need to do?
