I have a number of Zooz Multisensors. I have one in my Florida location (Garage) showing motion in Sharptools. It’s been displaying this for a couple of days. Besides there being no motion (my security cameras would record that), The same sensor shows No Motion in Actiontiles and SmartThings. I’ve deleted the tile from Sharptools and re-added it with no change. Any suggestions.
You can proceed through the authorization process again starting from your User Page → Manage Connections to force a resync.
If you want to send the doc id / device ID to support@sharptools.io I would be happy to take a closer look at what happened.
