Mode switch not working for Hubitat?

I am not able to get any reaction from my hub when I change the mode via the dashboard. HSM works perfectly, but I have other rules tied to the mode. What am I missing?

Are you getting any error message?

I noticed you have a Hubitat and SmartThings location. Are you sure the mode is being changed on the right location?

Great point. Should I delete Smartthings if I no longer use it?

Yes, if you’re not using SmartThings anymore, you can remove it.

  1. Open your SharpTools.io User Page
  2. Tap the ... next to your SmartThings location
  3. Scroll down and tap Disconnect
