I’ve been on sharptools customer for a while and now I am rebuilding my dashboards after the apparent actiontiles demise. With that said, actiontiles had no issue finding and showing status/controlling the meross garage door on my panel. However, these devices do not show as available on the sharptools inventory list for smartthings. Any ideas?
Have you tried reauthorizing the SmartThings connection from your SharpTools User Page > Manage Connections to force a fresh device sync?
I just added a Meross Garage Door Opener to my SmartThings and then reauthorized SmartThings and the device showed up in SharpTools without issue.
So I didn’t but just did. Still no dice. Whats odd is that I replaced a Kasa switch a couple weeks ago. It showed up, so I know the sync is working.
I take it back. The new kasa switch is not in there. So the new stuff is not showing. I assume if I unassociate and reassociate I will have to remap all my tiles?
UPDATEL. Fixed it. I have two locations. For some reason, some of the new things were in the other address. THANK YOU
