So I have a couple remote cameras on limited internet connection linked in media tiles with a image refresh rate of 2 minutes. Does it only refresh and pull the image while I have the dashboard open? Or does it call a new image every 2 minutes and store on a server some where even if the dashboard is not open? I dont want to Max my data cap while im not looking at the dashboard.
The media tiles are all done in your browser - directly from your browser to the media resource that you have configured. So it will only refresh while your browser is open.
