It looks like Glitch, which was hosting the small authorization page, shut down after they were acquired by a bigger company. I downloaded the code and started porting it to another host, but it looks like Life 360 has also blocked this unofficial authorization approach that community integrations were using.
From what I can tell, many community members have abandoned Life360 altogether, voicing frustrations about Life360 being anti-consumer – especially for people who were paying for Life360.
From a brief review of some of the smart home communities, it looks like many people are moving to alternative OwnTracks or smart-home platform native geofencing solutions.
The good news is that if your solution of choice integrates with your smart home hub of choice and exposes the latitude and longitude as attributes, you can use it with the Geolocation Map Custom Tile.
