Issue with Camera Display in SharpTool Dashboard on Samsung Family Hub

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to request assistance with an issue I’m experiencing after a recent software update on my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator.

Previously, I was using SharpTool Dashboard through the web browser on the fridge to control my SmartThings devices and view a camera configured via Blue Iris. Everything was working perfectly until I updated the fridge’s software. Since then, I am no longer able to see the camera feed in the ChartPool, although I can still control other devices without any issues.

I have verified that the camera works correctly on other devices and that the Blue Iris configuration has not changed. However, I am unsure if the software update on the fridge has affected permissions or web access settings.

I would like to know if there are any additional steps I should take in SharpTool Dashboard or on the Samsung Family Hub to restore the camera display, or if this issue is known and there is a recommended solution.
