IP camera URL not working

I am trying to add some ip cameras to my dashboard and they worked great on my iPhone using chrome. When I try to access the tile from my Fire 10 tablet using fully or chrome it does not show the jpg.

I am using Sony SNC DH-120 cameras and the link I’m trying to use is (EDIT: sorry posted wrong link in original post)
http://user:pass@192.168.1.174/jpeg/vga.jpg

If I type that link in any of my devices via browser it works just fine so I know the link is good it must be some setting in sharptools.

Many modern browsers have begun blocking subresources with embedded credentials.

(eg. images/media on a page in the format http://user:password@resource).
