I run in kiosk mode on my iPad and whenever you close the app, the next time it loads will be on the homepage of your sharptools account, not the dashboard. That’s normal. However, recently I’ve noticed that the kiosk mode reloads itself almost every hour and when it does I have to manually navigate to dashboards again. Is that a known issue?
By kiosk mode, do you perhaps mean the Add to Homescreen approach?
For the issue around each fresh load taking you to the homepage of your SharpTools account, make sure you follow the 
callout in the instructions. After navigating to your desired dashboard in regular safari, make sure to refresh the page before using the Add to Home Screen option. iOS 16 and newer seems to have a bug where it requires a page refresh for it to pin the correct URL.
