Ikea bulb not recognized

I have a problem with an Ikea bulb.

The bulb is Matter compatible.

The bulb is recognized in Google Home where I can turn it on and off.

My Smartthings App and my Sharp Tools App cannot see the bulb.

In the Sharp Tools App I have tried the following several times:
View Account – Manage Connections – Samsung Smartthings – My Home – Accept.

And got the message: Device synchronization complete!

But the bulb is still not recognized.

How do I get my bulb into Smartthings?

The SharpTools device sync with Manage Connections synchronizes devices that are already in SmartThings.

So if the device isn’t connected to SmartThings yet, you would need to onboard the device into SmartThings first. I would try the typical device onboarding flow from the SmartThings mobile app and if you have difficulty with it, perhaps post in the SmartThings community.
