Hi @Eli_Salant, welcome to SharpTools and the community!
You can create a Virtual Switch and use Smart Lighting (smart app in the SmartThings mobile) to mirror the behavior of these 4 lights to the Virtual Switch. So you can just add this Virtual Switch to the dashboard and tap it to turn all 4 kitchen lights on or off.

Tile for All Lights

I created a virtual dimmer switch that I have my 3 living room lamps mirror using the native Smart Lighting app in SmartThings. When I turn on/off/dim the virtual switch the lamps follow. You can create a tile with the virtual switch on a dashboard and then control all your lights at the same time. [Screenshot_20190308-101353_SmartThings]
