Is it possible to bring in graphical ICONs from this device?

The standard weather tile uses a standard set of icons.

Some of the community developed drivers inject their own icons using HTML which isn’t an officially supported thing, but is common in some community drivers.

You can use the Hubitat HTML Custom Attribute tile if you want to display custom html that was injected into a devices attribute:
