[Homey] Dashboard does not refresh

Goodafternoon everyone,

For several months now I have been running a (paid) sharptools dashboard on a Samsung tablet in the living room to monitor power consumption and temperatures, so accurate data is important to me.
I came home from vacation a few days ago and noticed quite quickly that the data on my tablet was no longer being refreshed.
Then I checked my phone and saw the same problem, now I’m at work on a fixed pc with edge (tablet and phone chrome) and also have the same problem here.
if I refresh the tab of the browser on 1 of the devices, the data is refreshed on all devices.
The data comes from a Homey pro, when I open its web page, I see that the data is constantly being refreshed.
Does anyone have an idea how I can tackle this problem?

I would start by restarting the SharpTools Homey ‘app’ then control some devices to see if their state updates as expected.

If that doesn’t help, you might try rebooting your Homey, then refresh the connection in your Homey → SharpTools ‘app’.
