Help Site Integration

You may have noticed that our help.sharptools.io site recently started sporting a new look! We migrated to a new Support / Knowledge Base platform that provides a better experience and more features.

Starting today, you’ll find a new ‘Get Help’ option in the User Menu that makes it easier to get help within the app!

Tapping the ‘Get Help’ option in the User menu brings up our new ‘Beacon’ which uses the context of the page you are on to serve up relevant knowledge base content. You can also use the search box at the bottom of the beacon to find an article or tap ‘Ask’ at the top of the Beacon to send us a message.

We’re still fine-tuning the experience, including reformatting some of the articles, but let us know what you think so far!

Hi Josh, the new help looks good. Just one little suggestion if I may - in my browser (Chrome) the ‘Close’ button sits off the top of the help pop-up and because it is semi-transparent gets lost in the background of the page. Would it be better on the title bar of the help?
Thanks
Brian
