Harmony Activity not changing State?

Could swear I asked this a long time ago. But anyhow, implemented a new Fire HD 8 for my basement theater.

For some reason when I use a Harmony remote (or my Harmony app on my phone) to turn an activity on or off, the Dashboard doesn’t get updated.

Seems to work fine and update on my upstairs Fire HD8, but not downstairs. Was there a step I missed somewhere?

Can you verify if the activity switch updates accordingly in the SmartThings mobile app when you turn the activity on/off via Harmony? I cannot think of any reason why it would update on one tablet but not the other.

There was a SmartThings service incident yesterday according to their status report page and my ST devices were not responding/updating for a short period last evening. Could this be related?
