I’ve had Sharptools connected to Home Assistant for months displaying a garage door. The status no longer updates automatically. It will update if I reauthorize the connection within Home Assistant, but stops updating if it opens/closes again. All of my other Home Assistant entities seem to be updating on my dashboards. Seems to have started a couple days ago
Can you send a note to support@sharptools.io with the Entity ID or Doc ID of the device in question so we can take a closer look?
