Fully Kiosk: Dashboard Not Found

Using Fully Kiosk, when I use the url from my desktop, I get an error message from Sharptools saying dashboard not found. There are then two options: dashboard list (which takes me to my dashboards, including the one I am trying to load) and change login (not clear what my login has to do with my url). Is there a fix?

That sounds like what you would see when there’s a typo in the Start URL in Fully Kiosk.

I would either enable the URL bar in fully Kiosk settings and navigate to your dashboard of choice then copy the URL and then paste it into the Start URL setting…

…or you can enable the JavaScript Interface in Fully Kiosk’s Advanced Web Settings and you’ll even get a button that shows up directly in the … menu from the dashboard list in SharpTools to directly set the Start URL.

Once the JavaScript Interface is enabled, we have some magic in SharpTools that will detect the Fully Kiosk JavaScript Interface and makes it much easier to set the Start URL. In the list of dashboards, you can tap the ... next to your desired dashboard and there’s a new option to set it as your Start URL.
